Denny O'Brien's 5K Run (Per Ed Dixon)

All,
On Sunday, October 16, the above race will take place to benefit various Youth Athletic Clubs in Northeast Philly. Last year's race initiated at Father Judge H.S. with the course structured throughout portions of Mayfair through Torresdale. However, due to scheduling conflicts at Father Judge, the race will take place at and around the NE Phila. Airport.
The run begins at 9 AM with an award ceremony to commence at 10:30 AM. The walk will be held prior to the run at 8:15 AM. Pre-registration reservations (prior to 10/9) costs $15 for both the race and run; entry is $20 after 10/9. Registration will be held from 7:15 AM the morning of up until 10 minutes prior for those participating. All other donations are welcome as well.
